The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and driving high-value investment relationships across Lagos, including HNIs, cooperatives, institutional investors, and government-linked entities.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard high-value investors
Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, cooperatives, and institutional clients
Generate and manage a strong pipeline of investment opportunities
Lead client acquisition efforts before and after strategic engagements (e.g., investment forums, private wealth meetings)
Work closely with leadership to convert opportunities into committed capital


Requirements


5–10+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or institutional sales
Strong network within Lagos (HNIs, cooperatives, and government circles)
Proven ability to generate and close investment deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
