  • Over 1,000 users report that the service is unavailable.

  • Anthropic says that it is currently working on a fix.



Update: February 25, 2026 (4:09 PM ET): Anthropic has released a new update that fixes the issues causing the outage. The company recommends that users download the latest version of Claude (v1.1.4328).
