Zelensky presses EU to tap Russian assets as cash crunch looms for Ukraine

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said Thursday his country needed a decision this year on a plan to use frozen Russian assets to plug Kyiv's yawning budget gap, telling European leaders gathered at a summit in Brussels that the use of Russian assets to defend against Russian aggression was "moral, fair and legal".
