Business Development Manager – Environmental & ESG Services at Habrams Energy

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in oil & gas, power, infrastructure, and financial sectors
Build authentic, long-term relationships with clients, regulators, and partners
Lead compelling proposals, tenders, and bids that solve real client challenges
Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to stay ahead
Collaborate with technical teams to align business development with service delivery


What We’re Looking For:


Genuine passion for environmental services and ESG impact
4–7 years in business development, ideally in consulting, environmental services, or infrastructure
Proven track record of winning or supporting bids over ₦50M
Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory landscape (NUPRC, NESREA, ESG trends)
Self-starter who thrives independently and as part of a dynamic team
