Head of Business / Relationship Officer (Sales) and Entry Level Officer at Trident Microfinance Bank

Trident micro finance bank ltd (TMFB LTD) is a financial institution licensed in October 2016, by central bank of Nigeria (CBN) to came by providing services to micro, small and medium scale enterprises to formal and informal self-help groups of individuals, cooperatives, association as well as low income groups irrespective of status and class.

General Responsibilities
The relationship officer would be responsible for the following:


Mobilization of customers for small business loans within Abuja and its environs, majorly Wuse, Utako, Garki, Kubwa markets, etc.
Mobillize funds, account opening.
Lead (or be part of) a team that would develop the retail deposits of the bank. N150,000.00-300,000.00.
Develop and manage high network individual and corporate relationships.
Verification of clientshome and shop addresses in compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
Participation in credit committee for loan appraisals where required.
Recovery of overdue loans while ensuring cordial and long-term relationship with customers through excellent customer service.
Appraising clientbusiness and capacity to service requested loan.
Capture all required information (i.e. client & guarantorname, address & image. Business image and address).
Post-disbursement monitoring.
Maintaining a healthy portfolio.
Any other responsibility assigned by the Bank.


Experience


B.Sc. / HND in any related field.
Experience: 2 years for Entry level, Minimum of 7 years for head of business 
0-7 years experience preferably within a finacial institution (commercial / investment / microfinance banks or asse /wealth manager)
Strong industry and HNI network.
Strong presentation skills and excellent communication, negation skills.
Good knowledge about the economy and ganeral market.
