Singer Chris Brown has always been a very outspoken person, and he is speaking once again.
In his most recent Twitter rant, he is accusing baby mama, Nia Guzman, of extorting him through their baby girl, Royalty.
Chris is apparently seeking for child support reduction as well as another paternity test just to confirm that the baby is indeed his own according to HollywoodLife.
