Gucci Mane?s sentence includes three years of travel restricted supervision upon his release. On September 14th, Gucci Mane was arrested in Atlanta after threatening to shoot police, according to the police report. Gucci Mane reached a plea agreement with federal prosecutors and pled guilty to a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
