DRC: Convicted warlord Lubanga announces new rebel movement in Ituri province

Convicted war criminal Thomas Lubanga has announced the formation of a new rebel movement, called Convention for the Popular Revolution, in eastern Congo's Ituri province. The movement could further destabilise a region already battered by M23's rapid advance.
