A deadly bomb explosion has rocked Kano during Friday evening rush hour when several persons were heading home after a hectic day.

The bomb was detonated along Maiduguri road opposite NNPC filling station in Hotoro area of Kano. Number of those who died or severely injured as a result of the deadly attack is yet to be known.
