The Job
Ensure that products are received into the warehouse in good condition
Monitor the arrangement and stacking of products in the warehouse to ensure efficient space utilization
Maintain and update the warehouse records through daily updates of the Bin Card to ascertain the daily stock level of products in the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse area in line with Good Manufacturing Practice

Good working knowledge of MS Excel

The Job
Implement daily loading plan received from Warehouse Manager
Printing and issuing gate passes to transporters/customers
Plan and assign transportation for deliveries and ensure prompt despatch
Ensure that all loading and despatch equipment are in good working order and to request through the logistics manager for faulty equipment to be repaired or replaced.
Manage and supervise the activities of Data Entry Operator
Ensure that a loading report is put together at the end of the shift
