Lagos?The Police yesterday charged a man, Dunstan Ukaga, 39, before a Lagos Chief Magistrate?s Court, sitting at Ebute-Metta, for allegedly raping an 11-year-old girl (names withheld).
 
The suspect, who is facing a count-charge of having unlawful carnal knowledge of the girl, preferred against him, was docked before Magistrate A. A. Demi-Ajayi.
