Production Technician at Erisco Foods Limited

Erisco Foods Limited (formerly Erisco Foods Processing Limited) was incorporated in 2004 as an indigenous manufacturer of foods products in Nigeria. We began operations in 2009, producing  one brand of Tomato Paste in sachet called Nagiko. Soon after we introduced another brand of tomato paste called Ric-Giko. We currently have two brands of tomato paste in sachet, along with other products like Nagiko Sugar, Nagiko Mono sodium glutamate, Nagiko Basmati Rice in the market.Job Summary


Erisco Foods Subsidiary is seeking a skilled and reliable Production Technician to join our team at Ajah.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipments, ensuring high-quality output and supporting efficient manufacturing processes in line with the company standards.


Job Responsibilities


Operate and maintain production equipment
Follow production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
Monitor production/ electrical systems comply with safety regulations and standards.
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Keep accurate production records
Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes to achieve output targets through timely technical intervention
Train new employees on production processes and equipment.


Requirement & Skills


Associate Degree in a technical field (preferred)
3 - 4 years relevant work experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to operate and maintain production equipment
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as need
Applicant must reside in Ajah.
