We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and financial control for construction projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining high-quality standards.


Responsibilities


Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
Manage variations, claims, and final accounts
Ensure projects are completed within budget and financial targets
Conduct site visits to track progress and verify work completed
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
8–10 years of relevant experience in real estate and construction
Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, cost estimation software)
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is an advantage.
