The Lead Engineer – Well Bore Cleaning will oversee wellbore cleaning operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards in oil & gas environments.


Key Responsibilities


Plan and supervise wellbore cleaning operations.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment.
Monitor operational performance and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
Coordinate with drilling and production teams.
Prepare technical reports and operational documentation.
Train and supervise field personnel.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in wellbore cleaning or drilling operations.
Knowledge of oilfield equipment and cleaning technologies.
Strong understanding of HSE regulations.
Experience working in field operations.
