Communications, Compliance & Partnerships Officer at The Climate-Smart Farming & Rural Resilience Development Foundation (CSFRRDF)

The Climate-Smart Farming & Rural Resilience Development Foundation (CSFRRDF) is a registered nonprofit organization based in Nigeria. Formally rebranded from the Climate-Smart Farmer Hubs Initiative (CSFHI) in late 2025, it focuses on strengthening the resilience of rural African communities through sustainable agriculture and digital innovation.Requirements


Applicants may include undergraduates, recent graduates, and professionals with a Bachelor’s degree, while a Master’s degree in a related field is an added advantage.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1–10 years of experience depending on the role applied for, with demonstrated experience in rural field operations and donor-funded projects.
Experience managing youth groups and partnerships is required, while exposure to agriculture, climate, or humanitarian contexts is an advantage.
Applicants should be willing to learn, adaptable, organized, capable of basic research and documentation, and committed to professional conduct and ethics.
