Responsibilities


Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance customer experience.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.


Requirements


High school Diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in a warehousing or retail environment.
