Super Eagles of Nigeria dropped by four places to 37th position in the latest FIFA ranking released on Thursday morning.

In the continental ranking, Nigeria lies sixth in Africa, behind Algeria, Ivory Coast, Tunisia, Ghana and Senegal.
On the global scale, world champions Germany lead the table, with Argentina, Colombia, Netherlands and Belgium completing the countries in top five.
The next ranking will be published on October 23.
