Service Technician Trainee (Water Bottling Machines) at Maticline Industries Ltd

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Service Technician Trainees specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial water bottling machines.
This role offers comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. 


Key Responsibilities:


Learn to install, inspect, and maintain water bottling machines under the guidance of senior technicians. 
Assist in diagnosing technical issues and performing repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. 
Provide on-site and remote customer support to troubleshoot problems efficiently. 
Document service activities, including maintenance logs and parts usage. 
Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment. 
Travel to client sites as required (transportation provided or reimbursed). 


Qualifications:


Education: Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of mechanical systems; electrical/PLC knowledge is a plus. 
Experience: No prior experience required training provided! Internships or technical workshops are advantageous. 
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving aptitude, excellent communication, and a proactive learning attitude. 
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in varied industrial environments. 
License: Valid driver’s license preferred (for travel to client sites).
