Job Summary:

Oyomesi Specialist Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Imaging Technician to operate diagnostic imaging equipment and support accurate diagnosis and patient care. The ideal candidate will be professional, safety-conscious, and skilled in handling imaging procedures across a range of modalities.

Key Responsibilities:


Operate imaging equipment such as X-ray, CT, and other diagnostic machines as required.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
Capture clear, high-quality images for medical review and diagnosis.
Maintain imaging equipment and follow quality assurance protocols.
Adhere strictly to radiation safety and infection control standards.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure accurate and timely results.
Maintain patient records and imaging documentation accurately and confidentially.


Requirements:


Diploma or degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
Valid license or certification to practice as an Imaging Technician.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic center.
Strong knowledge of imaging techniques and safety standards.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
