Alexia Nepola has revealed she would consider remarrying her ex-husband, Todd Nepola under one condition. The Real Housewives of Miami star made the statement during the show's Season 7 premiere afterparty Tuesday evening, June 20, at RosaNegra, where she told Page Six shes not ruling out rekindling her relationship with Todd. Only to Todd, she said when asked if shed ever walk down the aisle again. I would only remarry Todd. Not anybody else.
However, Alexia made it clear that any future ceremony wouldnt be televised.I would definitely not do it on TV, she said. I feel like thats such a special moment between the bride and the groom. Filming takes away from everything. Reflecting on their 2021 wedding in St. Barts, she recalled the private moment fondly: It was just him and I. And it was beautiful.
Though Alexia and Todds wedding aired on the show, she now admits she regrets that decision. Looking back, I knew it was something he didnt want, and he didnt feel comfortable with, she said. I do regret it. Despite finalizing their divorce in March 2025 nearly a year after Todd filed, citing that the marriage was irretrievably broken the couple appears to have remained close. Just a month after the divorce, the two were spotted showing affection in Miami Beach. I would definitely love to renew my vows one day with him, Alexia added. But Im definitely not getting married to anyone else. Thats for sure. In the months following the divorce filing, Alexia shared her heartbreak publicly, posting, I am shocked and heartbroken that Todd has chosen to dissolve our marriage Im praying for better times ahead. Alexia has previously been open about the challenges their relationship faced, especially regarding her involvement in the Bravo reality series. I love Todd. Ive always said that we love each other, she said during an appearance on Page Sixs Virtual Reali-Tea podcast in November 2024. It was just that we have had a lot of issues because of the show.
