The Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA) is looking for a motivated and experienced Programme Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of TCDI 2.0 across seven African countries.
Through the Tobacco Control Data Initiative, we are working to improve access to countryspecific data to drive smarter public health decisions across subSaharan Africa.


What you will do


Manage crosscountry implementation of TCDI 2.0
Build and maintain partnerships with governments, CSOs, and academia
Drive uptake of datadriven tobacco control policies
Lead government engagement and support strategic capacity building.


What we are looking for


Master’s degree in social sciences
8+ years of project management experience in international development
Experience working in the Global South, especially SubSaharan Africa
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage diverse, remote teams.
