Performs the management control, proposing and evaluating the best options for the efficiency improvement, generating metrics and defining standards for the processes and procedures, assisting in the corrective action implementation in case of non-compliance with Tenaris procedures.
Main Responsibilities
Develops and maintains management control tools to monitor the area/ region performance creating reports and metrics which helps to improve the area objectives and results.
Generates and monitors standards, analyzing existing processes and procedures.
Analyses performance optimization of the control areas in different regions, proposing improvements, monitoring execution milestones and identifying key issues.
Facilitates the knowledge exchange, designing and developing flexible support tools.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Requirements
A degree in Engineering.
Excellent knowledge of Windows and the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
2 years post-graduate experience.
Analytical skills, industrially minded.
