Whitney Houston?s only daughter with ex-husband Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina died on july 26th 2015. At the time of her passing, she had been in hospital since January 31, 2015, in a medically induced coma and with severe brain damage, after being found unresponsive in the bathtub in her Georgia home.

She was with 2 people when this happened: the man she called her ?husband,? who had been raised by Whitney as her son, Nick Gordon, and Max Lomas, a friend of the couple, who actually found Krissi unconscious, face-down in the water.

Police believe Nick played a part in Krissi?s near-drowning, after Lomas admitted that he (Nick) had been out of the room for several minutes before he walked in the bathroom to see Krissi there. Now, the DA is gunning for an involuntary manslaughter charge for Gordon, TMZ has learned.
