Due to our expansion,we are looking to hire a bartender  as we as waiter and waitress with requisite to deliver exceptional service to our guests. The ideal cañdidate must be  able to anticipate the needs of customers and provides all services in a friendly manner

 Ensure the operations of the bar runs smoothly and efficiently
 Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks when necessary
 Prepare Cocktails
 Plan and present the menu
 Mix ingredients and prep garnishes to prepare drinks on the menu
 Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages
 Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
 Staying up to date with trends in the Industry, and suggesting ways to improve services
 Basic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes (different types of beers and mixed drinks)
 Should have some experience making Mocktails/ Cocktails
 Excellent interpersonal skills
Endurance to walk and stand for long hoursDescription
 Greet and escort customers to their tables
 Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
 Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
 Inform customers about the day’s specials
 Offer menu recommendations upon request
 Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
 Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
 Deliver checks and collect bill payments
 Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
 Up-sell additional products when appropriate
 Take accurate food and drinks orders,Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
 Serve food and drink orders
