it can never been block bro,. it is your network,there are many servers, try other servers if one didnt connect on time i am using japan now, posted by mastercode

Attached is New Indonesia,US ,and netherlands servers. servers expires on 14th march. New servers will be uploaded once server expired. Note- these are new servers,so make sure you delete the old txt files and server files and replace them with all the files in this zip folder attached.enjoy

please redownload again and make sure your download was successful.then extract.if it didnt download completely,it wont open .the file is okay.

please read from page 1, all links to download the app is already on first post,if you are using openvpn for android,just search for openvpn on googleplaystore and download,for PC ,check page 1,also note that you need to be logged in on this website to view download links or any link
