In January of 2016, model Liziane Gutierrez accused Chris Brown of punching her.

According to Gutierrez, she was partying in Brown's Las Vegas suite into the early morning. She says when she snapped a photo of the R&B star he snapped, tossing her phone aside and slugging her in the eye.

Guiterrez has a history of publicly accusing celebrities of wrongdoings.

But it seems like she was able to wrangle some money out of Brown.

We know this because she just inexplicably recorded a Chris Brown diss track under her stage name  Tierrez, in which she discusses the settlement.

    “Thanks for the settlement / Thanks for the check / Seventy Grand, in case you forget / I don’t need it just so you know, but you’re gonna pay what you owe," Tierrez brags on the track "70 Grand".
