The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Kano office on Friday began the distribution of permanent voter?s cards (PVC) across the 44 council areas of the state.

The state government also declared Friday as a work-free day so as to enable civil servants participate in the exercise to revalidate their temporary voter?s cards and be issued with permanent voter?s cards at their polling units.
