The Oura Ring 4 is at its lowest ever price for Prime Day, with the steepest discounts on the most premium colors: the gold, rose gold, and the premium ceramic finishes. I expected some kind of discount because this is the first Prime since the Oura Ring 5 came out, but these prices are much lower than I would have thought—almost 50% off.
I wear an Oura ring myself, and have for almost five years now. (I've been a member so long I've been grandfathered into a lifetime subscription; everyone else needs to pay $5.99/month.) I've written about my thoughts on what the Oura ring is most useful for, and why I don't use it as a workout tracker. I've also got a review of the Oura Ring 4, which is this version that's on sale.
If you're wondering what you'd be missing by going for the 4 instead of the 5, it's not much: the 5 has a smaller profile, but the same functionality. There is one major advantage of the Oura Ring 4 over the 5 for some people, though. The newer 5 doesn't have as big a size range, so if your finger is small (size 4 or 5) or large (size 14 or 15) you may not be able to get a good fit in the newer model.
Oura prices its finishes differently, so the sale prices also depend on which color you're getting.
