Rapper T.I.’s Wife Tiny Wants Half of Assets, Primary Custody of Children

The world was taken aback when news spread of Tameka “Tiny” Harris filing for divorce from her husband T.I. after six years of marriage. Now some additional information has come out regarding the paperwork.
According to The JasmineBrand, Tiny filed her divorce papers on Dec. 7 and is demanding a lot in her divorce decree. The 41-year-old singer wants half of the assets that they have accumulated in their marriage, including real estate properties and other equity.

The former Xscape member also wants both primary, physical and joint custody of their three children: Clifford “King” Joseph Harris III, 12, Major Philant Harris, 8, and baby Heiress Diana Harris, 9 months. Finally, Tiny is seeking temporary and permanent alimony.
There’s no official word on why Tiny wanted a divorce from Tip, but the documents state that the marriage is “irretrievably broken” with “no hope of reconciliation.”

The couple had been experiencing marital problems in recent months and things may have gotten worse after Tiny appeared in a photo with Floyd Mayweather Jr. at Mariah Carey‘s Halloween party.
An insider told JasmineBrand that Tiny may also consider annulling their marriage, although there are no additional information on how she could possibly do that.

However, a source has recently told TMZ that there may be a chance the divorce could get dissolved. The couple have met twice this month and they were cordial to each other. We took a cursory look at their Instagram pages and it appears they both were spending Christmas together with their children.
Reps for both T.I. and Tiny have not yet commented on the matter.
