We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The Telesales Executive will engage with potential clients via phone calls to promote products and services, develop and maintain relationships, and convert leads into customers. Responsibilities include lead generation, providing excellent customer support, following up on inquiries, and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications


Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to drive new business opportunities
Proficiency in Customer Support, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the refrigeration, energy, or related industry is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent work experience in sales or related areas
