Army rescues 23 passengers abducted on Kogi highway

Some of the victims rescued by the troops of the Nigerian Army

Troops of the Nigerian Army have rescued 23 kidnapped passengers along the Ayegunle-Bunu Road in Kogi State following a counter-kidnapping operation launched after gunmen ambushed travellers and blocked the highway.
