An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Cost Engineer to support project cost management within a dynamic engineering and EPC environment in Lagos.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with a proven ability to support efficient project delivery and minimize commercial risks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates
Monitor project costs and identify variances
Conduct cost forecasting and highlight risks/opportunities
Support tendering and pricing activities
Review invoices, variations, and claims
Provide timely cost reports to management
Requirements
Relevant Degree (Engineering, QS, Construction, or related field)
5–7 years’ experience in cost engineering or project cost control
Background in construction, engineering, or oil & gas (EPC)
Strong skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
