Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide strategic, administrative, and operational support. This role goes beyond traditional secretarial duties and serves as the “Eye of the Principal”, supporting leadership effectiveness, operational discipline, and institutional growth during a period of restructuring and expansion.

Key Responsibilities


Provide high level administrative and strategic support to the Principal.
Monitor day to day academic, administrative, and co curricular activities.
Track execution of decisions, directives, and school wide initiatives.
Prepare structured daily, weekly, and termly reports highlighting observations, risks, and action points.
Manage the Principal’s calendar, meetings, events, and school schedules.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow up on action items.
Attend meetings on behalf of or with the Principal when delegated.
Coordinate senior student internships and external partnerships.
Act as a communication and coordination link between leadership and staff.
Support operational restructuring and school expansion initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrator, or Coordinator.
Experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
Experience in an educational or structured organisation is an advantage.
