Clinix Healthcare is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our clinical team at the Awoyaya branch. We are committed to providing excellent, patient-centered care in a professional healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various departments including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency.
Assess patient health needs, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and ward rounds.
Perform wound care, IV cannulation, injections, and other clinical procedures.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with hospital protocols.
Ensure infection prevention and control standards are strictly followed.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
Collaborate effectively with doctors, pharmacists, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Requirements & Skills
Valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
Excellent clinical skills with strong attention to detail.
Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate with basic knowledge of hospital information systems.
Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.) or Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Midwife (RM) qualification from a recognized institution.
Valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate (completed) where applicable.
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a hospital setting.
Experience in a multi-specialty healthcare facility is an added advantage.
