Non-Maximum Post Installation Operation Specialist at Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company

As NMD Post Installation OperationsnSpecialist, you will oversee and coordinate post-installation metering operations within the Business Unit.
You will ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, maintain the quality of metering infrastructure, and drive compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards.


You’ll contribute to:


Coordinate all NMD customer postmetering activities within the Business Unit.
Support commercial loss reduction initiatives across the BU.
Prepare weekly operational plans based on monitoring insights, escalations, and customer complaints.
Coordinate investigation of metering complaints and provide technical input on resolutions.
Ensure resolution of technical and nontechnical metering issues within 72 hours of escalation.
Manage seals deployed within the Business Unit and maintain proper accountability.
Maintain oversight of metering infrastructure quality and compliance.
Conduct periodic meter recertification and validation for energy accuracy.
Prepare weekly performance reports and monthly performance appraisal presentations.

Minimum Requirement


This opportunity is a Middle Level Management role, Your role will directly support revenue protection, service reliability, and commercial loss reduction.
This role directly reports to the PPM Post Installation Operations Lead. Successful applicants will typically possess the following criteria:


Education:


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Social Sciences


Work Experience:


A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
