Ukrainians have 'little hope' for peace talks amid ongoing Russian strikes on energy infrastructure

As Ukrainian, Russian and US negotiators gather in Abu Dhabi for peace talks, Ukrainians have "little hope" that the meeting will end the four-year conflict, FRANCE 24's Emmanuelle Chaze reports from Kharkiv. The talks come as Russia continues to target Ukraine's energy infrastructure, knocking out heating and electricity amid freezing winter temperatures.
