We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our Ibadan facility. 
This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills to ensure smooth site activities, compliance with safety and quality standards, and timely execution of production and facility-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities


Supervise and coordinate all site operations and ensure they align with company standards and schedules.
Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment on-site to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the Operations Manager and escalate issues as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance records, material logs, and incident reports.
Assist in inventory control, receiving deliveries, and verifying materials for accuracy and quality.
Ensure that all staff and workers adhere to site rules and company policies.


Requirements


Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or automotive environments.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.


Experience:


Project Management for Site Projects: 5 years (Required)
