Erocraves a prestigious adult/sex toys e-commerce store based in Nigeria with millions of satisfied customers is urgently looking for a suitable qualified candidate to fill the position of a Sales Rep in our Lagos store at Lekki Phase 1 and our Abuja store in Gwarinpa.

Job Description

We at Erocraves are urgently looking to hire a very creative Sales rep for our Lagos store (Lekki phase 1) and our Abuja Store (Gwarinpa) to contribute to increasing sales and closing sales deals on our provided social media platforms.

 The Sales Rep will learn how to assist with the duties below:

Customer Service (Respond to customer inquiries.)
Managing Incoming calls.
Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Handle order logistics with the delivery companies and ensure customers get their orders on time.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
   Added  Advantage:

Experience in social media marketing
Work in a previous eCommerce company.
Ability to Learn fast.
resides close to Lekki for Lagos office, and close to Gwarinpa for Abuja.
