Requirement

The ideal candidate must have experience in Cornflakes, cereals and snacks production
The ideal candidate must posses at minimum a BSc / HND in Food Science or any other scinces
The Job responsibilities are:

Ensure line efficiency is optimised by scheduling and ahering to maintenance schedules as well as cordination with team to ensure downtime is minimised
Responsible for supervising manufacturing and packaging activities and meeting production targets whilst ensuring quality requirements are maintained as well as safety standards
Interface with regulatory bodies as required during inspection
Ensure that conflicts among team workers are resolved
Enforce compliance among the team as well as proper documentation
Reporting of KPIs, production output etc daily
Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
Diagnosing problems in the production line, performing root cause analysis and providing recommendations and training
