Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities;

Developing sales strategies and setting sales goals.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in person for sales purposes.
Handling efficiently, prospects’ questions, inquiries and objections.
Preparing and sending sales related proposals when necessary.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirements;

Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field
Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing
Minimum of three years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing is crucial.
