According to a new report from Bloomberg, Apple saw an 18.7% year-on-year increase for its iPhone shipment in China. The report’s data was gathered from the China Academy of Information and Communication Technology (CAICT) and reveals that the iPhone maker managed to sell an estimated 3.18 million units of its smartphones. Previously, Apple saw a 6% YoY growth in China for the September and October periods.

The report also showed a total of 389 million smartphone shipments in China for 2019, 13 million of which were 5G-capable. The first iPhones to support the next-gen network are expected in the Fall period.
