If you're looking to build strength at home, but you're worried about space constraints, adjustable dumbbells are the way to go. And with Prime Day deals active until June 26, now is the time to buy.

I'm especially drawn to how this system can configure the weights as fixed barbells, kettlebells, traditional dumbbells, or individual weight plates. I mean, incorporating kettlebell swings and goblet squats without purchasing separate equipment? That's a steal.

Where individual pairs of dumbbells from five to 80 pounds in five-pound increments would cost well over $1,500 (and take up your entire home gym), adjustable dumbbells condense an entire weight rack into a compact, versatile system. No gym membership required, no waiting for equipment, and no excuses about not having enough space.
