Assembly Supervisor at SGX Mobility

KJob Summary:


The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily assembly operations of electric tricycles, motorcycles and battery management systems (BMS). The role ensures production targets, quality standards, safety procedures, and operational efficiency are achieved while supervising assembly technicians and support staff.


Key Responsibilities:


Supervise daily assembly activities and workflow.
Ensure adherence to approved assembly procedures and technical specifications.
Monitor productivity and ensure production targets are achieved.
Coordinate allocation of materials, tools, and manpower.
Conduct quality inspections during and after assembly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Identify and resolve assembly-related operational issues.
Train and mentor assembly technicians and apprentices.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Collaborate with QA/QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


Daily production output.
Assembly error rate.
Rework percentage.
Production downtime.
Safety compliance rate.
Team productivity.


Qualification & Experience:


HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
