Nautical Instructor at Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited

Job Summary


We seek a highly experienced Nautical Instructor, preferably a retired Master with a Certificate of Competency (CoC), to join our maritime training institute
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classroom training and be able to deliver high-quality instruction to students.


Key Responsibilities


Deliver classroom training and assessments for maritime students
Develop and update course materials to meet STCW and regulatory requirements
Provide guidance and mentorship to students
Conduct assessments and evaluations of student performance
Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency and quality of training
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.


Requirements


Retired Master with valid CoC
Minimum of 5 years of classroom training experience in a maritime training program
Strong knowledge of STCW regulations and maritime industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.


Desirable:


Experience with online learning platforms and digital tools
Familiarity with Nigerian maritime regulations and industry practices.
