At Fine and Country International (West Africa) he was the Head of Operations and Strategy. For the years spent at Fine and Country, he developed; Sales, Marketing, HR Structures and Policies, Business model and Operational Processes. Mr. Iyemifokhae has attended series of local (Lagos Business School) and International trainings. He is a talented Strategist with multitasking abilities.Job Summary


The E-commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s online sales operations, optimizing digital channels to drive revenue, improve customer experience, and ensure seamless end-to-end e-commerce performance.
This role combines commercial strategy, digital marketing, platform management, and data analytics.


Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Strategy & Growth:


Develop and execute the e-commerce growth strategy aligned with business objectives
Identify opportunities to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value
Manage product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotions


Platform & Website Management:


Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce
Ensure website functionality, uptime, UX/UI optimization, and mobile responsiveness
Coordinate with developers for updates, integrations, and troubleshooting


Digital Marketing & Traffic Generation:


Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, paid ads)
Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies
Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign execution


Analytics & Reporting:


Track KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, bounce rate, CAC, and ROI
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards) to derive insights and inform decisions
Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable recommendations


Order Fulfillment & Operations:


Oversee order processing, inventory coordination, and logistics performance
Ensure timely delivery and efficient returns management
Work closely with store officer and supply chain teams


Customer Experience & Support:


Enhance customer journey from browsing to post-purchase
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and service quality
Implement improvements to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty


Vendor & Stakeholder Management:


Manage relationships with external vendors (payment gateways, logistics partners, agencies)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations teams


Key Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
4–6 years experience in e-commerce or digital commerce management
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer behavior
Strong project management and organizational skills
