We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to lead our team and take our operations to the next level.
As the Asst Manager – Bar & Lounge, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, staff management, customer experience, and business performance.
You will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth operations, profitability, and compliance with industry regulations.


Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:


Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the bar/lounge
Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly


Staff Supervision:


Supervise bartenders, servers, and support staff
Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination
Train new employees on service standards and policies
Enforce discipline, grooming, and workplace standards


Customer Service:


Ensure guests receive exceptional service at all times
Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintain a welcoming and safe atmosphere


Inventory & Stock Control:


Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies
Assist in ordering and receiving inventory
Reduce wastage, theft, and over-pouring
Conduct regular stock counts and audits


Requirements


Minimum of 3 years experience in bar/lounge or hospitality management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
Financial management and cost-control experience
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools.
