West Ham United are tracking the situation of Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas with a view to a winter bid for services. The Spain international is no longer a regular at Stamford Bridge.
Fabregas, 29, has seen his playing time cut short this season with manager Antonio Conte favouring the likes of N'Golo Kante, Nemanja Matic and Oscar ahead of him in the starting line-up.

Slaven Bilic's side have had a dismal start to the campaign, and they are on the look out for a new playmaker in the form of Fabregas, The Mirror reports.

The Hammers will keep a close eye on the midfielder's status in the coming months before lodging an attempt to lure him to the London Stadium.

Fabregas was largely disappointing in the 3-0 defeat at Arsenal (his first league start of the campaign), and was eventually subbed in the early minutes of the second-half.
