Bianca Censori appeared in court this week in a markedly different look as she testified in a lawsuit involving her husband, Kanye West.Censori, 31, has become widely known for wearing extremely revealing outfits in public appearances, often stepping out in tiny underwear sets, sheer fabrics and bold fashion statements while West, 48, typically appears fully covered.One of her most talked-about appearances came at the Grammy Awards in 2025, where she wore a naked dress that left little to the imagination after she removed her coat while posing beside West. However, when she arrived at a Los Angeles Superior Court this week, Censori adopted a far more modest style for her testimony.She wore a fitted black midi skirt and a cardigan buttoned up completely, paired with pointed heels, glasses and a large shoulder bag. She completed the look by tying her long dark hair into a low bun, making her almost unrecognisable compared to her usual public appearances.The outfit reportedly followed a warning from Judge Brock T Hammond about appropriate courtroom attire. Before proceedings began, Hammond told those present that everyone appearing in court must follow the dress code.
The parties and witnesses youre calling must comply with the basic dress code of the court, he said. He added that hats, sunglasses and revealing clothing would not be allowed in the courtroom. If a witness is not dressed appropriately, they will be turned around at the door, he said.Censoris fashion choices have frequently sparked debate online, with some social media users questioning the dynamic of her relationship with West and suggesting she may be influenced by him.However, in a previous interview with Vanity Fair, she insisted that their relationship is collaborative and that she chooses her own style. I wouldnt be doing something I didnt want to do, she said. Censori attended the court hearing alone as part of a civil lawsuit filed against West by former employee Tony Saxon.
Saxon claims he worked as a project manager on renovations at Wests Malibu beach house but was dismissed after about seven weeks. He is seeking more than $1 million in damages, alleging unpaid wages, unsafe working conditions and wrongful termination.During her testimony, which reportedly lasted most of the day, Censori said she had briefly worked on the renovation project about five years ago before Saxon joined the team. She told the court that she holds degrees in architecture and had helped develop visual plans, renderings and concepts for Wests property.Saxon, however, alleges that West repeatedly changed his ideas during the project and demanded major structural changes, including removing plumbing, wiring and other basic infrastructure. He claimed West wanted the house redesigned to resemble a bunker-like space. According to Saxon, West once described the concept as a place where he could hide from the Clintons and the Kardashians.Saxon also alleged that West wanted the house to operate without electricity, instead relying on plants, candles and battery-powered lights. He said he warned West that some of the requested changes could create serious safety risks, including moving large generators indoors.
Saxon claims West responded with threats when he refused to carry out some of the instructions. If you dont do what I say, youre not going to work for me, Im not gonna be your friend anymore, and youll just see me on TV, Saxon alleged West told him. The contractor also claims he suffered injuries while working on the project and says he was promised $20,000 per week but was not paid as agreed.West purchased the Malibu property overlooking the Pacific Ocean in 2021.
