The High Impact Executive Programme Manager will lead the conceptualisation, development, marketing, and execution of premium executive education programmes designed for senior executives, entrepreneurs, public sector leaders, and corporate organisations.
The role requires a commercially minded professional who can drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and ensure world-class programme delivery.


Key Responsibilities


Design, develop, and implement high-impact executive education programmes aligned with market needs.
Identify new programme opportunities based on industry trends and corporate demand.
Drive business development initiatives and secure corporate partnerships.
Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies for executive programmes.
Manage programme budgets, revenue targets, and financial performance.
Coordinate faculty, guest speakers, facilitators, and industry experts.
Ensure exceptional participant experience from onboarding to programme completion.
Monitor programme effectiveness and prepare performance reports for management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni and corporate stakeholders.


Requirements & Competencies:


Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field. A Ph.D will be an added advantage.
5–7 years’ experience in executive education, programme management, or corporate training.
Strong business development, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and growth targets.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of professionalism and strategic thinking.
