Job Summary


The Factory Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the factory to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality and safety standards.
This role requires coordinating and managing factory staff, monitoring production output and inventory, and driving operational improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in factory or production management, and the ability to maintain smooth and compliant factory activities.


Key Responsibilities


Supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure all production processes meet established quality,safety, and regulatory standards.
Manage factory staff, including scheduling, task assignment, training, and performance monitoring.
Monitor inventory levels, production output, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve operational challenges.
Prepare routine reports on production activities, staff performance, and resource usage.


Qualifications


HND qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in factory supervision, production management, or related roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.


Salary
N350,000 - 400,000 / Month
